Rossendale Methodist Church Welcomes OUr New Minister, Rev. Robin Fox

Rossendale Methodist Church is delighted to announce the appointment of Rev. Robin Fox as its new minister. Rev. Fox officially started his journey of faith in Rossendale and is returning to the valley to continue in his ministry this September, bringing with him a wealth of experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to community service and spiritual growth.

Rev. Fox joins the Rossendale Methodist Circuit following his previous ministry in Cheshire South, where he was known for his inspiring preaching, pastoral care, and active engagement in local outreach initiatives. His arrival marks a new chapter in the life of the church, with a renewed focus on faith, fellowship, and community engagement.

“We are thrilled to welcome Rev. Robin Fox to our church family,” said Paul Webster, Senior Steward at Rossendale Methodist Church. “His warmth, wisdom, and vision are already making a positive impact, and we look forward to walking together in faith under his leadership.”

A special welcome service was held on Saturday the 23rd of August, attended by members of the congregation, local church leaders, and representatives from the wider community. It was a joyful celebration of faith, unity, and new beginnings.

The church invites everyone in the local community to come and meet Rev. Fox at upcoming services and events, and to be part of the continuing mission of love and service in Rossendale.
